Hot Chocolate Trust works with teenagers and young adults from all over the city – usually the ones who don’t fit anywhere else.  In a collaborative poem they once said, of themselves “We are mess and strange; we are goths and emos, rats, sloths, and raccoons; we are change” 

There are countless approaches to measuring change in the social sector, but when young people say “we are change”, well, how do you measure a goth?  Through our youth work we’ve developed and launched a new online tool for monitoring & evaluation which puts and keeps the young people and our values right at the heart -  and it’s legit amazing!
